Definitely takes the side of the wife not the husband. He has no regard for Wounded Warriors or Purple Heart Veterans nor understanding or compassion for PTSD sufferers. I witnessed his indifference as a Wounded Warrior advocate. He dismissed my Veteran with contempt and no empathy or compassion.

Very favorable to mothers even when parental alienation by the mother is clear and evident. Ability to be fair is minimal while taking a handholding to mothers behavior and scolding the fathers who is trying to be a father. Its definant judges in illinois work against any father in child custody cases no matter how good they are

After observing several family judges for a paper I am writing about fathers that want their children but are still subject to a buyist court system, I found this judge and a couple others in St Clair county to do just that. Even when the fathers would bring evidence and police reports about mothers interfering with the fathers time, he did not take any action and simply dismissed it. This is very sad that this kind of discrimination exists still. Mothers use their children as weapons in custody and the father-child relationship is allowed to be hurt. How is this in the best interest of the child? I wonder how different Judge Rudolph would feel if he were a non custodial father having to fight every day just to have a relationship with his child?

This judge seemed fair and honest in the beginning but after observing several divorce/custody proceedings he seems quite favorable to mothers. I have seen alot of good fathers come before him that are fighting to spend time with their children but cant because the mothers interfere. In the end, the winning result seems to go to the mothers regardless and when I see the look on the devasted fathers it just hurts my heart.
