Comments:
Judge Funderburke is never on time (not unusual for calls to start 30 minutes late), he has a condescending attitude towards people, and he is very inflexible. His knowledge of the law is lacking and, when challenged on rulings or asked for explanations, he resorts to condescending positions. In other words, "I am the law."

He is very difficult to work with even when the parties are generally on good working terms. I have had plenty of experiences with him where he is the main hinderance to resolving a dispute.

It will be a great thing to see him retire from the bench.
