Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: IL1104
Moody and unpredictable. Appears to lack interest in fair application of law, exhibits personal anger/offense in ruling, and refuses to hear valid argument when seeking to push case off docket. Essentially allows improper inundating tactics of attorneys to prevail over fairness. Risky draw.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: IL975
I think she is trying to do a good job, which is a LOT more than I can say for many other judges! She at least acknowledges when the call spills over into the next and is trying to be respectful of everyone's time. So far, her rulings have been fair and reasoned. Again, more than I can say for others.
