Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: IL239
Rating:2.3
Comments:
Gives little to no consideration to motions and seems to rule without reading or caring about the arguments. Extremely bad draw if your case needs pretrial assistance from the court.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: IL155
Rating:3.1
Comments:
While he is entirely pleasant, he is the worst judge on the motion call and perhaps in all of Cook County. His rulings are entiely baseless and his unflagging adherence to and fear of the black line pool takes him out of his role as discovery moderator.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: IL107
Rating:3.2
Comments:
Seems not to read motions and to want only to get people out of his courtroom rather than resolve issues. Arguments of counsel tend to fall on deaf ears and he seems to rule from the hip. Not a good motion judge.
