This judge interfered with another judges historical proceedings. He then put it back to the historical judges court. In the interim he received correspondence that might up the plea but instead ignored the info and downplayed evidence which was not exculpatory. Never presenting how much money they wasted on this gender biased case. I know judges have to consult other judges but no motion was ever made by either party or counsel. This was never inter alia but de novo which would make a stronger conviction. Never presented facts. Lots of gender placating. Lack of objectivity. Spending way too much time for this broke county Macon with people that don't follow the rule of law. No one has the right to lack de novo physical evidence with premeditation claiming while in jail she is a victim. If they do the crime like a man do the time like a man. By the way this Griffith was a preciding judge in court of appeals in Illinois. I call that a blatant conflict of interest to be circuit judge and appellant judge at same time. So judge may have been extremely out of his scope of authority.
