He was requested at the second court date to review the initial court date when child was removed, and he refused. Another judge had ordered the removal of child.
He only accepted the info supplied by DCFS. He did not allow the family members to state that there was indeed family to take care of the child. He allowed DCFS to lie to the court without any recourse for the family.

He took a vote amoung parties to decide to allow intervene into case. Did not read the law to deny. Ignores perjury by case workers. Laughed at me when I ask how to contact GAL. Told me to walk the halls of courthouse and find her. Did not seek the truth after perjury. Allowed removal of child without proof of hot line report. Allowed DCFS to extend the case over a 9 months without supplying services that he ordered at 2nd court date. Ask for shared guardianship for mother but did not question DCFS as to where the report was regarding that order. He is only a peace maker in the court room. DCFS runs the court.
