When it comes to civil matters such as Divorce; he has a bias to the husband. If it is not the "Husband" then at very least-the primary breadwinner.

If you are not the one paying the bills then your time has no value wether you are in school or trying to keep your job.

He will permit abusers to use the court process to abuse and control you. His court has leaked information in Order Of Protection cases that has put families in danger. He will permit your X husband to verbally abuse you in court and have outbursts and he will not permit you an opportunity to correct opposing council when they are lying. He will also give legal advice to the person he favors in a case. He will not recluse himself from a case even if he has known and worked with an individual for years. In his court, Justice is not blind but it is sexist.

Judge Sobol is unfair. He is always on the side of men in a divorce. He had ordered my ex husband to pay an order five years before my divorce and at the divorce made me pay the order. He gives him two months to continue a case, but I am in court ever month. He judge me as being depressed because I was in an abusive relationship without knowing I was on anxiety medications and couldnt afford them. He lets my exhusband violate my order of protection that he gave me for two years. I habe talked to many women dealing with this judge and have had the same problem. He should not be on the judges seat.
