No personal knowledge, but as a former Chief judge enabled injustice, double standards, social discrimination and ill mannerism from judges.

Comments:
Judge Guerin had as his entire Resume prior to becoming a Judge, his work as a career Prosecutor. He has no idea the work that must be done for private counsel to get his client to Trial and that a private counsel's attorney will sometimes lie to or omit crucial information to private counsel. As a result, Judge Guerin jumps to the Neanderthal conclusion that private counsel is at fault for that. This Judge is on the bench due to his marriage to Supreme Court Justice Robert Thomas's daughter. That should be no pedigree or qualification of royalty such that positions such as Judge should be chosen to rule in Courts paid for, and for the benefit of, the citizens.
