Patty Kievlan is a terrible Lawyer. Because of her I haven't seen my kids in over a decade. It's scary that she is now a judge, but this is Belleville.

This judge is very wishy washy. She seems as if to be doing what is right. Then when it’s deadline time. She chooses the side of extortion. Fathers show her proof they are broke and unable to meet her court order child support requirements ( 500-1000 for one child per month is crazy and no common everyday person can afford that). Still she chooses to extort them or throw them in jail. Why you may ask? Well title 4 D of course. The federal government pays the state (Illinois in this case) to basically shake down the non- custodial parent ( most cases the father). In doing so the money from the federal government is given to the state (Illinois). The state puts these funds in a slush fund ( extortion fund). The slush fund is than distributed to big companies. The big companies then take their cut and distribute what they feel fair to it employees. This extortion and theft has gone on to long. Judges like Patricia H. Kievlan are far from Honorable. In fact they are the total opposite. Please if you are a victim of extortion from this judge or others like her. Please stand up and speak out. It’s been going on to long. Fathers are out there killing them selves because of money hungry, grimy Judges like Patricia H. Kievlan.
