Comments:
Condensending, seemed entirely in with plaintiff's counsel. Alowed plaintiff's counsel complete leeway to do as she pleased. When Plaintiff's counsel admitted on record that her own pleading was deficient and was incorrect and that the numbers were not accurate, he did not care. He was angry that I asked to be impartial and even though I was not an attorney, I deserved the same respect and priveledge he was showing her, but to no avail. While I showed him proof of
everything included in my response, he wanted nothing to do with me and further admoonished me and threatened me with contempt because I dared to disagree with him and his unilateral siding with Plaintiff who, on the record, admitted she had filed an incorrect motion twice with out the benefit supporting documentation. Judge Berg did not care, only was concerned with me as I apparently irked him by asking him to do his job.To hold Plaintiff's counsel to the same standards he was holding me to, a Layman. He treated me like crap all because I was not an attorney. A rather unjudgelike Judge.
