0-disgusting and despicable. She should be disbarred. My ex was arrested for domestic abuse and she dropped the restraining order without even consulting me or my lawyer. She also refuses to listen or speak or even look at you unless you have a lawyer, then she may listen. I’ve heard she is bias and dislikes men, but in my case, my ex had money, was a very charming narcissist, and had a lawyer, I did not, so she took his side and listened to everything my abuser said and not a word I said. When we finally got a new custody judge, he said that our parenting order signed by Marcy buick should have never been allowed to be signed and he was appalled. I have now spent more money and time than I know the last 8 years trying to regain custody of my son.

Not impressed by this bias racist judge. Now with the help of the Chief of Police in Hinckley, Illinois my personal property is being stolen and I have nothing to do with the case that's in front of them, but I'm getting screwed by the judge, prosecutor, police and the thief. Good thing is I know how to end all their careers.

She disregards facts and calls people liars. She won't even talk to you unless you're a lawyer. She is so bias and feels herself above reproach that she has openly yawned during testimony as if we are wasting her time. She dismisses cases for no reason. She is the worst judge I've ever seen. She doesn't want to have to work. I think she is bored and has made her decision before she hears evidence.

Ms. Buick is the poster child for crooked Judge everywhere. There is no law that she will follow if she doesn't want to. The Constitution, the Illinois Compiled Statutes, Supreme Court rules, The rules of evidence will NOT be applied and are viewed as optional. Allways move to substitute this Judge if you get her.

This judge will punish you if you actually force her to make a ruling. If you're in court against somebody who won't listen to reason, you're in for an unfair ruling for daring to make her hold a hearing. This "judge" should be brought up on criminal charges.
