This judge is very one-sided! He is on the side of the creditors and will allow documents falsified by the plaintiff. He refuses to hear and see evidence if it is strongly against the banks. For example: I have hard evidence of a foreclosure finalized against a defendant that has paid receipts to prove that he was ahead in payments, and the foreclosure should have been dismissed, and still Judge Kyriakopoulos refused to look at the evidence, and instead rendered judgment in favor of the bank, by fax, as he would not hear oral judgment (the transcripts are available as well). He is truly an unjust judge!
