I have legitimate concerns about Judge Loza's temperament and mental state. She snaps very easily and will argue with counsel about facts that aren't even in dispute. She doesn't bother to learn the facts of the case or apply the law. She becomes very frustrated and starts lashing out at the attorneys about being forced to do her job.

An absolute disgrace to the bench. She does not follow the law and believes that she is firmly above the law. Does not apply the same rules to women as she does men. She brings her own domestic violence history into the court room. Treats nobody with respect including attorneys, who she ridicules and admonishes to no end. It’s very apparent she is in constant ex parte communications with guardian ad litem cronies and custody evaluators. Lines the pockets of hired gun custody evaluators and gals to uphold her biases. Drags cases on for years until she breaks you physically, mentally and financially. She could care less about the well being of children! She destroys families and punishes kids by her lawless rulings and refusing to follow her own court orders. Not so Honorable Pamela E Loza is not fit to sit and more cases of hers need to be investigated by the judicial review board.

Ridiculed my nationality. I tried everything to explain that I do not want to raise my child to be a liar and a promise breaker like she is becoming, and the judge would not stop yelling at me that this is not the old country that I can raise my voice to my child.

I raised my child for 11 years, then mom came back in the picture and took her away. I provided endless proof, emails, texts, pictures, documentation, undeniable proof and Loza did not care about any of it. I asked immediately for my parenting time back and i was denied. She dragged it on for almost a year and I did not get to spend time with my kid. I got on visit a few hours, then a supervised visit. The GAL assigned and LOZA had it in for me from the start, ridiculing me that i represented myself, demeaning me, talking so awful, never listening and playing this man hate attitude. I gave up, walked away from my kid, and now the mom is trying to make it official with Loza and the GAL for me to never be with her again. Very unfair, very degrading, She was extremely inappropriate in her tone, delivery, professionalism, and even her judicial ruling. She was unprepared and glanced through the file just seconds before she called us up. So much goes into preparing for these cases - financially, emotionally, and mentally and she doesn’t take the time and show the level of care that a judge should. We never covered all the topics I had outlined, she was short and quick to wrap things up, yelling at me all the time. I was fighting for my childs life with me and I lost it all! How do we stop these people and this system?

She puts children in the custody of dangerous parents. Absolute gender bias toward women. Treats people like criminals instead of humans. Ignores complaints of child abuse calling it "games". Refuses evidence from men allowing for women. Cuts men off and threatens them with violence with the bayliff. Puts schitzophrenic bipolar disorder patient who hasnt been in the child's life for 2of3 years as the custodian parent. Ignores what is best for the child

Worse judge ever. She is rude, blunt, insensitive, short with people and definitely shows favoritism. She is an embarrassment to represent law and most importantly, someone who holds the power to represent children and families. She is clearly tired, over burdened and comes across as if you’re wasting her time. I’ve never been made to feel smaller when my my kid’s life and livelihood was at stake. She was extremely inappropriate in her tone, delivery, professionalism, and even her judicial ruling. She was unprepared and glanced through the file just seconds before she called us up. So much goes into preparing for these cases - financially, emotionally, and mentally and she doesn’t take the time and show the level of care that a judge should. I hope she will retire and find a different role whithin law. This doesn’t seem to be a good fit for her.

Judge Pamela Loza knowingly and willing endorsed a falsified court order that the opposing party used with his legal counsel to deceive a minor child into crossing state lines to be admitted into a fraudulent sober home where the minor child was illegally drugged and sedated. Judge Loza stated on the record in court that she knew the order was fraud and she didn't care! She stated she didn't care about a minor child because he was the most "spoiled over indulged young man on the face of the earth." This judge needs to be removed, she knowingly and willingly supported a falsified court document and failed to report the lawyer to the ARDC causing great harm to a minor child. That same lawyer who presented the falsified court order to the minor child also was caught red handed hacking into my on-line account and the judge sealed the evidence against the attorney while again failing to report her to the ARDC. This judge needs to be investigated, I have court transcripts and evidence in support of my review. A judge should enforce the law, not make her own.

This judge allowed gross attorney misconduct in her courtroom. She doesn’t know the meaning of due process of law, doesn’t enforce her own court orders and or real law. She often makes biased comments about litigants and their minor children. She violates people’s civil and legal rights. Judge Pamela Loza should be removed immediately.

The system itself seems to have one purpose and that is to hold people down. I have watched Judge Loza for over five years and her courtroom behavior is atrocious, maybe her time on the bench has hardened her, but reading previous interviews and her speech about "family", "support", and the importance of both is not something she truly shares in the courtroom environment. She is unfair in her rulings, she is very degrading to council and their clients. She is also very rude and short with people at the bench. It is truly disgusting what goes on in that courtroom.

Judge Loza does not know law, is wild in her statements, allows for her favorites to not follow rules because she herself does not know the rules. At election time, she came into the Polling Place in Mount Prospect with donuts and announced, Vote for Me, Pam Loza, for Judge. She is terrible in the court room. She is late and brazen with false accusations.
