Extremely racist. I don't care about her feelings regarding me personally, but I do care about how they effect my clients and their inabiity to recieve a proper & legal outcome. Her disdain for white attorneys is front and center, especially white women attorneys. She does not know the rules of evidence. She simply harps that everything is "hearsay." Opponents may go on and on and on, not even on point or wlithn the rules of evidednce, but this judge rules in their favor. Often not even understanding what is at stake. My clients have been saddled with a number of nebulous orders of protection of which the police cannot make heads or tails. The last opponent I went up against is very quite politically connected. Apparently my opponent's "clout" got to Judge Ball-Reed. She cares nothing about little children whom it is her job to protect. She leaves them in serious harms' way. She should be reomoved from the bench. Certainly, I am not the first to complain about her injustice. What is the Chief Judge waiting for? Judge Timothy Evans would not lift a finger to right this situation.
