This is a follow-up from my previous comment, which was written on my mobile phone. We went to a hearing where I motioned to vacate. First, the opposing lawyer lies about prior judicial rulings. Second, this judge insinuates that I need a lawyer and that I have not been representing myself good. Third, he allows the other lawyer to talk about things not relevant to the petition to vacate. He cut me off repeatedly and admonished me about a benign email that was sent that had nothing to do with the petition to vacate. When I brought up that opposing counsel was also admonished for his conduct by the other judge he goes "he was just telling you that so you wouldn't feel bad that he was one sided". No jerk. That's not what he said.

The worst bombastic and stubborn judge. If you are pro se, take an soj. This guy let the lying lawyer grandstand about itrelevant issues and lie qbout a prior judge ruling. The lawyer brought up an email about his family, he was on vacation and i sent a "say high to the wife and kids for me' completely benign and another judge had already talked about it. He lectures me again and when i pointout the lawyers email to me (which starting this) and that another judge admonished Cooney, he states "he was just saying that to make you feel better"
