Steven M. Wagner is a judge that is not well inventive to his legal ethics and, justice proceeding he's always in a hurry.
Last time I was in his court room he wanted a early dismissal out the court by ignoring evidence and, disrupting defendants legal processing making them guilty. Furthermore, he verbally expressed that that faster he's out the court room. The faster he can get home and, eat a Italian sandwich.
