Comments:
Judge Roger B. Webber does not file his orders in a timely manner. If he says we will do it in 21 days, it will take 60-120 days. He also does not hold other attorney's accountable to their work either, giving them multiple extensions. He also does not make favorable judgement's toward fathers. In my case he severely limited my time with my children even though I was not deemed unfit in any way. In fact, I was the only parent actually making an income and supporting two households while the mother of my children stayed home and made no effort to seek work or an income after filing for divorce. Further, he increased my child support amount to more than $300 above what both attorney's calculated, which was in agreement, based on the state calculation guideline. The only positive aspect I can offer is that his court room behavior is kind and patient, even when the opposing counsel was belligerent with questioning.
