This was back when he was a hearing officer for the housing authority, before he became a judge, I saw him literally checking his watch during my co-counsel's closing argument. We got him overturned on the administrative review, but seriously he won't even pretend to care about making this single working mother homeless.

Judge Kennedy is the light of the Will County Courthouse. His humanity shines through, always. He is patient and gives each individual the time they deserve. He maintains control of his courtroom without denigrating or insulting anyone. He is also handsome, inside and out!
