Judge Marchese is one of the most impartial, honest, courageous men I know. He truly cares about people and has done so many good things for the Dupage area. He is a fair man who has done great things for the Dupage system.

shows prejudice in cases talks down to defendants and has preconceived notions of guilt before the case has actually been heard rude dismissive and pompous to say the least

this judge is tainted and has demeaned state and local protectors in front of the court which in turn causes the prosecutor to take prejudiced position and to conform to his prejudice

I have filed a complaint with the Asst US Attorney General for conspiracy of Deprivation of rights under color of the law against Judge Paul Marchese. Judge Marchese authorized an unlawful eavesdropping device on group counseling sessions I'm violation of state and federal law.

I filed a judicial inquiry complaint against judge Paul Marchese as he unlawfully signed an eavesdropping device on my privileged counseling sessions. He also authorized an undercover agent on my office which violated state and federal law and is a class four felony. He further has not recused himself in my clients cases. My clients have a federal class action lawsuit against DuPage County, which Chief Judge Reuben Castillo has ruled against DuPage and ordered settlement talks.

It is unfortunate that judges like Paul Marchese have to deal with the mentally unstable population who have free reign to post slanderous comments in spite of all the good work he does. Steve Tracy, the man who keeps posting these comments on my brother's profile had also accused 4 other judges of being pedofiles. The man needs psychiatric help. In addition, he had contacted us at our homes. Scary.

The person who wrote the previous rating on Judge Marchese so obviously has a personal ax to grind that it would be laughable if it were not so unethical and cowardly. Anonymously, of course.
The Judge Marchese that I and many other know travels around to area high school on his own time to speak to families about the dangers of underage drinking. He has also co-founded the group, Lawyers Lending a Hand, which served meals, cleaned creeks, painted walls, cared for animals, set up a resale shop for battered women, and collected winter coats for the needy. Judge Marchese has a holistic approach when working with young people who are facing Court problems, recognizes the fact that many come from struggling families and he does everything that he can to help the cause of these problems.
Judge Marchese has a huge heart and sees the person behind every defendant who comes to court.
