Similar to other reviews, and wish I had been given an option to choose a different judge - he definitely has little man complex and favors female attorneys / litigants in spite of any information presented. He is unprepared, punitive, and unprofessional, making snap decisions without any real legal basis or logic.

Refused to enforce either his orders or recommendations. Allowed cases to languish on his docket. No follow through from court date to court date. He is absolutely the worst judge if your case demands a swift and fair decision.

Judge Lombardo exerts patience in dealing with questionable facts. He tries to bring sense to situations that otherwise can be hurtful. Once fact are presented intelligently he makes a final decision or a continuance is given..

This man is curt and cold, he lacks patience and empathy. He treats litigants like criminals. He doesn’t listen or take the time to review the facts of his cases but rather makes quick, opinionated decisions without grasping the full picture. He is fully wrapped up in the political clique that is lake county and is unable or unwilling to make judgements that are just or fair.

Has little guy complex. Actually taunts pro se litigants. Witnesssed him chastising male defendant but when ex wife admitted to fraudently cashing his pension checks...he shrugged it off. If your a guy, even if you have sufficient evidence, he will put you down. It’s like he’s trying to prove he’s more of a man. But the kicker is he has a fake tan...not sure if it’s spray on or tanning booth.
