She butters up the ones in power, but has bias against the attorneys from small firm. She doesn't follow the law and ignore the fact. She is unfit for judge.

This judge either doesn't know the law or doesn't care about the law; she rules by her mood, and even uses her courtroom for politics.

Probably the worst judge in chancery that we have encountered. Doesn’t know the law. Doesn’t understand the facts. And doesn’t read any submissions. I’ll take an SOJ anytime we get assigned her again.

I once believed this Judge was fair, but have witnessed a trend wherein she takes out anger/irritation upon all parties regardless of merit and has little to no recollection of an attorney's prior bad acts (basically lashes out at whoever is speaking). She also excuses some parties (Govt.) following dismissal but requires the presence of others (Private) following dismissal, without specifying reason. Overall, scattered, moody and and unpredictable. Sad, given her prior high marks for disposition.

Each time I have appeared before Judge Conlon, she has been prepared, thoughtful, and fair. She is knowledgeable about the law and civil procedure, and she is not afraid to render dispositive rulings when she has the grounds to do so. You can respect her decisions, even if they don't always go your way. She is also extremely skilled at mediating cases to settlement. You can tell that she truly cares about what she does. Judge Conlon also has a pleasant demeanor and treats everyone in her courtroom with respect. She is truly a class act.
