These concerns are brought forth not out of disrespect but from a place of seeking justice and fairness in accordance with the law, specially for parents dealing with children's mental health and financial abuse from wealthier parties that use the court system to prosecute in order to bring financial burden to another. The matters outlined above have significantly impacted the proceedings of my case and my trust in the legal process.

Overall, very permanent observations of Judge Rosario lies with Inconsistent Rulings: Judge Rosario's decisions have frequently appeared inconsistent with established laws and precedents. Such inconsistencies not only undermine the integrity of the legal process but also contribute to an environment of uncertainty and unfairness.

Despite the tendency to Failure Enforcement of her ow Rulings: There have been instances where Judge Rosario has failed to enforce her own rulings or ensure the execution of appointed personnel's responsibilities as dictated by her decisions. This lack of enforcement undermines the effectiveness of the legal process and the authority of the court.

After several years in court with Judge Rosario presiding my case to a never-ending parental allocation responsibility order,
I am compelled to raise concerns about what appears to be an uneven approach to assessing parties' financial capabilities to sustain legal procedures under Judge Rosario's direction. This approach seemingly disregards the financial burden placed on individuals who may not have ample resources for protracted legal engagements. Because some salaries are above the poverty cap and therefore targeted as ineligible for "legal-Aide Assistance", even though nobody measures expenses for each household. Legal authorities find themselves entitled of appointing unnecessary procedures to force parties to resolve matters the case on their own instead of bringing it to court, when it should be her job.

On that notice; there seems to be a tendency to permit excessive expenditures even when motions have been conclusively addressed within her rulings. This practice not only exacerbates the financial strain on the parties involved but also seems to contravene the principle of judicial efficiency and the economical administration of justice.

She works in domestic relations now. Does divorces. She is shockingly incompetent. Did not know that temporary orders are temporary or that Judgments are final. She seems to think her incompetence is cute. This is not regular Cook County judge incompetence. This is incompetence is on another level that I have never seen before. Please do yourself and your client a favor and substitute her.

rated unqualified by the aba. that is an understatement to the point of euphemism. in eviction court she was not even aware of the concept of sublease. this is the judge we are talking about. she made my life extremely difficult for a full year when I subleased a room in my apartment to what turned out to be a serial deadbeat. she made it impossible for me, a disabled veteran, to remove that man from my home of 15 years as a result. she stole what should have been a really great year of my life, and replaced it with one of the top 3 worst years I have experienced in this old life of many years. she should not be allowed to practice law, let alone sit as a judge.
