Comments:
In my opinion based on appearing and practicing before this judge, she is a misandrist, either has not read or does not understand the statutes she is charged with judging on and fails to maintain a collegial environment in her courtroom.

If you represent a male, it is best to file an SOJ. It does not matter how good the facts are in your case, how legally sound your arguments are, all that needs to happen is for a female to shed a few crocodile tears for this judge to rule against your client. A truly irresponsible use of power.

Furthermore, it became clear to me that this judge does not understand the Order of Protection statute. It's not exactly a simple statute, but it is relatively easy to understand with a little time and effort. This judge simply does not understand or does not respect the law in this area and simply makes decisions based on her whims at the moment.

Finally, there is a lack of professional courtesy towards lawyers in her courtroom. Perhaps this comes from the fact that she is a creature of the political machine and did not have an extensive experience in private practice. This judge should understand, however, that officers of the court are not children to be berated either by you or your sheriff.
