Comments:
The conduct exhibited by Judge Esrig in the proceedings before him raises significant concerns regarding his adherence to the fundamental principles of justice and fairness.

Judge Esrig refusal to rule on motions submitted by the opposing party, but always ruled and heard motions submitted by the litigant was deeply troubling. Judge Erig's neglect not only disrupted the flow of justice but also denied the opposing party their right to a fair consideration of their claims and defenses within the legal process.

Judge Esrig altered his legal rulings in ways that benefited the litigant's excessively which was and is an outright misuse of judicial authority. Judge Esrig's actions compromised the impartiality required of a judge and he purposely tipped the scales of justice in the litigant's favor.

It was clear that Judge Esrig was having unauthorized communications without the presence or knowledge of the opposing party which violated the required transparency and lead to decisions that were not based on the merits of the case but on undisclosed biases and influences.

Additionally, Judge Esrig at one point in opened court told the defendant to convey his apologies to his client for the duration of the proceedings. Which undermines the respect due to all parties in a legal proceeding.

Judge Esrig behavior on the bench, is a severe deviation from the standards of conduct expected of a judge. It undermines public confidence in the judicial system and highlights a breach of judicial ethics.

This judge is [Redacted by Ed.]and has no respect for the working class. I am expressing my sincere hope to never again cross paths with individuals who harbor prejudiced and narrow-minded perspectives, as I have encountered with this racist bigot Judge. It is disheartening and deeply offensive that you have chosen to shield yourselves behind the veil of court regulations to deny me fair treatment. This Jugdes consistent misuse of authority and overt favoritism towards the defendant's counsel at any cost reveal a lack of genuine dedication to your responsibilities and the ethical values you claim to uphold. Your actions not only fail me but also undermine the trust of every hardworking citizen in this city.
He has deceptive tactics and perceive you for what this Jugde truly is- individuals characterized by deceit, manipulation, and corruption, who prioritize self-interest over the pursuit of justice.

The effort and time I have invested in meticulously preparing each motion, supported by substantial evidence, stand as a testament to my commitment to seeking truth and fairness. The judge dismissive demeanor and unfounded excuses in court only validate your willingness to descend to unethical depths. For what purpose do you engage in such behavior? Is it to shield a city with a history of racism and uphold a facade of false virtue? You fail to grasp the depth of my experiences and struggles. As the youngest among ten siblings, I navigated early rejection and discrimination within my own family. Despite these challenges, I persisted with unwavering determination, drawing strength from within to overcome obstacles.

This judge has denied every single one of my motions he has used the excuse that I am not formatting my motions according to the court but has broken many court rules to benefit the defendant a lawyer including giving them an extension to reply to my complaint instead of addressing the summary of judgement I filed after defendant didn’t show up in court. I am truly disgusted I have filed over 8 motions all denied this fucking bigot judge is a disservice to all working class citizens of the city of Chicago he even asked for proof that defendent was served despite me filing online and sherif serving the defendant he accepted the excuse from defendants lawyers that they didn’t know they were being sued the judges secretary makes up her own rules and required that we send her all our motions even though they already been filed [Redacted by Ed.]

I can't say that I've always agreed with Judge Esrig, but I do think that he is intelligent, that he works very hard, and that he does his best to get things right. Those factors, by themselves, make him one of the best judges in the Circuit Court of Cook County.
