Very nice lady. Doesn't generally disturb plea agreements and typically grants motions for continuances, so that's all fine.
However, don't try any motions or trials with her. The fact is that it's probably brutally hard to be a good judge in a traffic, criminal and DUI courtroom when you are scared all the time because you have no knowledge of the law AND can't really follow the evidence.
Really ought to handle cases that don't involve people's freedoms.

This judge does not know how to view evidence and ask questions as to its validity. Completely missed evidence in her decision. She seemed agitated that we did not use the arbitration and that it figured in her decision. Would not listen during her decision when she lectured how I did not produce evidence during the trial and when I went to correct her to show her that the evidence existed in her stack of evidence she raised her voice and put me in my place. I have been in the court system for over 36 years and in my opinion is the worst municipal judge I had hear a case. I would guess 2 years as a judge would be her excuse for her poor judgment but she worked in the States Attorney's office for 13 years. Obviously was helped out and directed quite often. If you get her as a judge, I would invoke my right to another judge. At best she should be a judge at a polling facility during elections. I almost feel an underlying reason for her decision but cant place my finger on it. Again my opinion..
