Called for pre trial settlement negotiations before all discovery having been completed, tried to coerse me to settle for a joke of an offer due to a criminal case conected to my case of theft of my property in which the States Attorney and the Sheriff's deputies are involved and they commited crimes and assisted with the theft of my property.

By far the most incompetent judge I have appeared before in more than 15 years of trial experience. Her inability to grasp legal concepts and thoughtfully evaluate evidence was the only consistency in her rulings. Truly a disgrace to our profession.

Judge Hayes took more than three months to hand down a decision regarding continued maintenance for a 21 year marriage that resulted in five children. The oldest of the children being multi needs.
Judge Hayes indicated in court she would have a decision on 9/22/21. No maintenance has been paid since June of 2021.
Only after plaintiffs attorney made a motion for defendant to pay past due maintenance on 1/4/22 did Judge Hayes finally make a ruling.
Judge Hayes ruled for the defendant.
It should be noted plaintiff is the full time care giver of the multi needs adult daughter.
Defendant doesn’t pay child support.
Defendant hasn’t spent anytime or contributed in any way since January, 2015.
Plaintiffs attorney proved defendant has substantial means to pay continued maintenance.
Plaintiffs attorney proved defendant funneled hundreds of thousands of dollars to his wife’s bank account from his company for work she did not do.
Defendant testified he sold the business that was built during the marriage for 5 MILLION Dollars.
Judge Hayes has zero compassion for the disabled.
Judge Hayes gives NO worth for the stay at home mother.
I (plaintiff) am expected at 62 years old to start a career that can support myself and my adult multi needs daughter who needs assistance in every aspect of her life.
These proceedings, that have been going on since 2019, cost the plaintiff more than $30,000, with an outstanding invoice of 20K
JUDGE HAYES JUST DOESN’T CARE

I had no idea you could follow all the rules the divorce papers say, always do the right thing, and still come out the loosing end. My ex was found in contempt of 10 different parts of our papers, yet she just didn’t care. Favored my ex even when his original attorney quit on him for the very things we were back in court for (non payment and difficult to work with). What the children want wasn’t considered, what’s best for the kids wasn’t considered. I know it’s not the courts job to decide rights and wrongs of ways to parent, but I at least thought standing judgements would be adhered to. She enforces what she feels like-Made it seem why are we in court spending all this money if a judge can just decide to do whatever and existing divorce papers don’t matter? This process has made co parenting so much worse. I have walked away from this process knowing playing by the rules, compromising, and being the bigger person don’t count for anything, and you get a lot farther doing the wrong things.
