Judge Stobbs gave custody of my children to a dad who is an alcoholic and a spouse abuser. He does not in any way need to be a judge in any court. He is very unprofessional. He did not consider any of the evidence that was presented in court only what the custody evaluators report said. I really believe this judge was paid lots of money for his decision in my case. There is no way that anyone would give custody to a father with all the evidence presented against the dad. There was absolutely no evidence presented whatsoever against me to prove in any way that I was even remotely a bad mother. However there was a tremendouse amount of evidence presented to prove that the dad in no way deserve custody of the children. BE WARE OF THIS JUDGE I WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY THAT YOU REQUEST ANOTHER JUDGE IF YOU ARE ASSIGNED THIS JUDGE. He needs to be reprimanded for his decision. Our visitation schedule is very unclear in many ways and has cost me a tremendous amount in attorney fees to try and get clerification as to what he meant.
