Defendant timely tiled Motion for Reduction of Sentence. (Negates Notice of Appeal, Appt. Counsel Required)Counsel Appointed had conflict of interest. Pros. informed McGuire defendant had several lawyers Appt. but did not like any of them. This was a lie. I attempted to inform McGuire only one lawyer appointed, but he told me to "SHUT UP". One of the Good Ol Boys. Corrupt as they come.
