His decisions in my divorce case were so blatantly biased that I was able to win two appellate cases against him with no attorney -- and I had no experience with any legal issues. He is smart, but very stubborn. He refused to remove inaccurate court records, although he had acknowledged that they were in fact inaccurate. Not until the media was involved did the records suddenly vanish. (That's great, but you can't really un-ring the bell.)

Judge Huschen seems to be a very fair judge. He seems to believe in giving people chances to redeem themselves. He is a wise judge who recognizes and immediately calls manipulation and dishonesty.
