Whomever dictated the comment below you are undoubtedly referring to Judge Garcia’s courtroom with him and Pat Flynn, Amy Melton, Morton, the group that has conspired and unethically ‘passed’ cash around hands to favor a case. Yes, there are texts, recordings, fraudulent motions put together that the judge just signs off on and threatens litigants and attorneys that they don’t know whom they are dealing with in this part of town. Yes. I know it well - I left my practice in Will and headed down south last year but not before handing over all evidence of the 8 cases that came to me and that were recorded with GALS discussing these attorneys telling them to lie each time, force OOP’s and they will hurry and get Judge Garcia on speed dial to hurry and sign. I will feel vindication for what I provided when they are taken down as cook county’s 100+ in Greylord for the endless lives they ruined. May they all burn in hell. Down the clerks and you know exactly who I am talking about - don’t you sweetie..... how is the car running these days?

Judge Brumond is either hot or cold. If you get him on a hot day, he’ll just grant residential custody of the one child you have to the “wrong” parent. From that point on, the parent, left out in the cold, continues to keep their child/parent relationship in tow.
He’s overly opinionated and carefree to others lives after his decisions. Just very arrogant.
But all of Will County kisses each other’s. Overpaid bully is what Brumond is.

Brumund is the only judge who actually follows the law, unlike the do-gooders and social workers who pose as judges. Will County SUCKS because the feminists care more about appearing fair and friendly than doing their job of calling balls and strike - i.e. Judge Jessica.

Robert P. Brumund has NO BUSINESS serving as a judge in Will County, Illinois. He is the rudest, foulest, most negative excuse for a human being I have ever encountered in my lifetime. I have not had a case before this most DIShonorable judge -- thank God, however, I have sat in his courtroom to support friends' who have. Each time I'm in Brumund's courtroom, I continue to be in awe of his callous, pompous demeanor, and the way in which he BARKS at people who are already going through the darkest time of their life. I sit in his courtroom and wonder is he just a cruel, nasty person? Is he mentally ill? Is it onset dementia? No normal person behaves the way Brumund so cruelly behaves! Also, I note, who the heck is in Brumund's pocket? The way he treats some attorneys is very clearly different than the way in which he treats others. Clearly, the attorney Jacquays has something on Brumund, or there is money changing hands. I would need to sit in his courtroom for longer stints to identify other attorneys involved in Brumund's coven. The bottom line is that either through his abusive behavior, or through the obvious under-the-table dealings, Robert P. Brumund must be excused as a judge. Will the Judicial Inquiry Board and/or The Honorable Richard C. Shoenstedt, Chief Judge, PLEASE look into Robert P. Brumund and his past cases, so that JUSTICE can be done, the LAW can be interpreted purely and correctly, and so this DIShonorable judge cannot terrorize families any longer. PLEASE!

Still at it almost over 2 years later and this man is just as rude, ignorant, and has no idea what he is doing! He is to blame for a relationship between a parent and his children being torn apart and has allowed the ex to continue to manipulate the kids! He continues to push everything off to the next court date time and time again! It is just ridiculous that the say so of him being in a bad mood or just not wanting to do his job destroys relationships between parents and children! File a complaint with the chief justic have all your paper work transcripts and any evidence to have him investigated! He needs to be removed and most of his cases evaluated! I am so sick of dealing with this man I cringe when walking into his court room!! The "boys club" crap needs to stop!! This man has 1 more chance at our next court date to make things right if not don't be surprised when a petition is started to get this man removed!! I play smart and get all transcripts and also write EVERY word down when in his court room!! I think it's time for a news investigator to sit in on some of his cases!! I have dealt with a lot of judges he is by far the worse!! I have received all my info on what to do from will county employees! Let's make a stand and get this un-honorable judge off the bench!!

This is by far the worst judge in Illinois history. He does not play by the law in fact he rewards bad behavior. He thinks he's God and treats people like dirt including attorneys. This man needs to be taken off the bench I will stop at nothing to make sure what he did to me and my children
And what he let my ex and Edward jaquays get away with is known. It is my mission and ultimate goal to have him removed from the bench. Please contact me privately and feel free to share your story. I hope that as a result no other parent has to go through what I did in his courtroom. He flat out lies then when you order the transcripts it actually came out of Edward Jaquays mouth and not my attorneys. Ignorant, selfish, senile, hates life, needs to be removed from bench. Brumond also has a well known reputation of being intoxicated (alcohol and/or medication) while on the bench presiding over cases!!! Help me get this man off the bench before he destroys any more families

Hasnt listening to one day of my divorce.. that's because it wasn't a divorce to him. It's a pure extortion effort to him and his friend attorney. let's two FIRED attorneys extort annuities from the innocent ex wife!!! over $50K extortion scam going on with him and Attorny EDWARD JAQUAYS in this one case alone. He save our calls until LAST every time, when no one is left in the room. All other attorneys (9!!) hired to try to represent this are shocked and have flat out told us this is illegal as the judge smiles and tells them goodbye .

He forced me to sign out my husbands annuity by threatinging I'd go to jail with all my kids there two days before chritmas... this is after allowed the attorney's to illegally subpeona me for an illegal discovery just to get me to the courthouse to literally escort me to another courtroom. All highly illegal! Forceing me to sign out the annuity to give to my exhusbands attorney (Jaquays) and at mine and my three young kids expense! It's illegal, It's against the annuities bilaws they have made to protect people like me from this very thing. They know it's extortion and said I don't have the money to hire an appeals attorney to stop them. Please beware. Please help!

And yes he's ignorant, stares out windows, is always wrong on his words and what he said in the past. He once stopped and scolded me I cannot say the word "non-viable" about an order because it only pertains to dead fetuses (diversion tactic when he's proven wrong)

He sits up on bench bored to death. Looks at window rolls his eyes and spits on his glasses to clean them. When you call him out on what he said at the trial he says I didn't say that. But right in transcript it's there. Needs to retire losing his site in one eye and shooting himself in the hand tells you it's time to retire.

Worst judge I have ever heard. The woman lied about everything stole everything and the judge said multiple times first liar doesn't stand a chance. Well guess what. I taught my kids always tell the truth to be honest but in this courtroom he teaches just the opposite. If you lie straight to his face and under oath you will receive everything. To bad this guy only shot his hand. Should have been in the head. And with a patch on his eye cuz he couldn't see. And he's cleaning a gun. What a dumb ass. I can write all I want because there is nothing more he can take from me.

Judge Brumund allowed a father to take his two little girls on an all night road trip to spend a three day weekend with a complete stranger he met on the Internet. This strange woman was the 11th woman this father dated and made his daughters spend time with that year. The mother was scared for her girls' lives driving across country through the night to spend a weekend with a complete stranger. She tried to stop the visitation. Judge Brumund should have stopped it because the divorce decree says 1) no out of state trips without at least a week's notice and 2) no over night stays with unrelated members of the opposite sex.
Judge Brumund winked at the father, laughed at the mother and let the father risk the children's lives to meet another woman. Clearly this judge hates women and has no interest in protecting the safety of children.

Worst judge I have ever encountered in my life. He thrives on being a bully, and much of what he puts people through has absolutely no legal basis. I have won in every case I have brought into his courtroom, and yet I still cannot believe this man has a job. He loves to hear himself talk, and if you dare challenge him or attempt to point out a flaw in his reasoning, he will rule against you. He throws cases out if the attorney threatens his ego, and does absolutely no justice to people who really need his help. He clearly has an ego problem and he uses his job as self-medication.

Judge Brumund is extremely rude, arrogant, unprofessional, and a sad excuse for a legal advocate. He favors those only who have legal representation, not taking into consideration those plaintiff's who cannot afford an attorney due to UNPAID CHILD SUPPORT which is being manipulated by the defendant. He is clearly in favor of honoring bad behavior... Unbelievable.. He drags out the court room process, and in the mean time there are children going without food on the table due to a dead-beat parent.

He was very rude. Very mean. Demeaned us as we stood in front of him. After fixing what he told us needed to be fixed, he chose to dismiss our case because he did feel like seeing us after we did everything that was asked and he told us to come back after but then just didn't feel like finishing the civil case. I would request another judge of that's ever possible before going in front of him again.

Judge Brumond does in fact, belittle others often. Naturally, when one is "protected" by others, one has the tendency to feel superior or in a sense "bully" others. In my view, his unfair decision will forever effect the relationship of my family. I couldn't be more upset because a childs close relationship was severed and it may take (if even possible) years to repair. Bias? Yes!

Horrible! The reason on lawyers and judges is to help resolve issues when parties can not come to an agreement! Not for a judge to say I don't want to deal with it! Dealing with it is your job and if you can not do your job you should not be on that bench messing with people's lives! Having proof and paper trail is a joke because it does not get looked at anyways! The ex can steal over 6 thousand dollars of marital money with a paper trail to prove it and nothing gets done! It is a complete disgrace!! Play by the rules, yea that is a joke! Your better off taking the chances of playing just a dirty as the ex that way you will at least get something out of the deal! There is no honorable is this judge what so ever!!

This judged gave custody to a friends ex with out her being served papers to appear in court .not taking into account the "ex" has a restraing order against him, has threaten the children's mother and has abused them in the past

Over many years I have had experience litigating cases in 3 States. Never have I dealt with a Judge so biased, demeaning and unreasonable. This man has no business presiding on the bench. Apparently, "Justice" in any form has long lost his interest. How sad that after many years in the legal field,he has chosen to behave as a petulant, bored child, instead of taking the opportunity to use the years of experience to bring sorely lacking wisdom and compassion to the courtroom.
When an attorney tells his client, "We
can't bring those issues up as it will bore Judge Brumund" it is long past due for him to retire. The Courts are the last stop for so many seeking justice,and failing that, direction. Judge Brumund has before him,real people, with real lives, that, through no fault of their own, land in his courtroom and must trust and abide by his decisions. He fails them all miserably. Shame on him.

Yelled at me, didn't read the complaint and made assumptions instead of reading the simple facts and accused me of having ulterior motives to get more child support, even though my ex has not reported his proper income for three years, and refused an order of protection with prior abuse. When we walked into the courtroom he was talking to the lady behind the desk and talking about the prior case loudly. This is horrible behavior, as these people should be helping abused people. Rude and arrogant.
