Thank you Judge Stengel. How refreshing to watch TV this morning and finally, for once, seeing someone finally being sentenced to actual jail for their crimes. I won't say that this restores my faith in the American milksop legal system, but it does move my opinion in the right direction.

This judge goes near and/or beyond the periphery of violating canons of judicial conduct in the courtroom. His behavior is dispicable; unwarranted; inappropriate; and obnoxious, let alone rude and extremely arrogant. In addition, he does not interpret the laws of the State of Illinois accurately, and he should be removed from the bench for the above reasons. He is also very prejudicial and awards decisions based upon the greater financial contributions/philanthropy of the parties. His bias is very obvious.
