Comments:
Judge Zimmer is not qualified to be on the bench. His understanding of the law is substandard at best. He appeared to have a bias for the other side and made it apparent in his decision. As the victim of a shady transaction, he made me out to be a perpetrator, turning the judicial system upside down. I'm still in shock. There was the smell of taint in that he seemed to know the other party but didn't disclose it and certainly didn't recuse himself. Very bad judge. Avoid him.
