Very poor with settlements reduces amount all the time for the defendant with no proof or cause simply on the defendant "say so" Yes your honor the burdend of proof is on the plaintiff and we had that and more this judge would NOT LOOK AT IT only allow the defendent to talk and asked me the plaintiff yes or no questions...terrible
