Civil Litigation - Private

Judge Wheaton is an extraordinarily capable Judge. She has an excellent judicial temperament, is always on time, handles her court call with efficiency, and covers some of the most complex and important cases in the County in her position as head of the Chancery Division.

She is secretly very arbitrary and biased against pro se litigants.

She committed fraud on the court in my case. She would not even let me describe my case.

She kept shouting me down in the middle of every sentence.

She wanted to dismiss my case from the start.

She is much worse than many people think

This judge makes up her mind before all the facts are heard and then zones out during the trial, only returning to pass her original judgment. This is a terrible trait for a judge to have, IMHO.

This judge plays favorites with her friends.

The bench is a vocation for Judge Wheaton that she credits with her service. Good balance between law and common sense which is needed in Chancery matters. Good draw for either side of any piece of litigation.

Generally a great judge. Some recent questionable rulings possibly based on personal feelings and/or particular parties involved. Very liberal personal beliefs do not appear to affect her judgment. Overall a great judge with only a few questions.
