Bias and actually helps prosecutors get their convictions. Allows other bad acts/crimes to be given to defendants in a surprise so I defendant has no time to refute the false accusations. I know it happened to me and I worked within the judicial system for over 40 years..on the civil side as owner of Attorneys Diversified Services. My case was a minor misdemeanor but I think about it when every single day for almost 12 years now. I worked hard for many years to get the reputation I had within the legal field only to have it tarnished with his help. So...when I appealed the case to the Appellate Court..they said...and I quote "Perjury in court by a witness...even the "lynchpin witness" for the case is "Nothing more than common fraud." What goes around, Comes around and its coming because I am going to expose next summer things that are going to shake up the entire judicial system of Lake County, Illinois which has been known as "the hotbed of wrongful convictions."

Wow didn't think there were men out there that behaved like this still...and to find out he was as judge. I had a first offense domestic abuse charge from my daughter assaulting me. When the judge found out this was my first offense he said "we just got dig a little deeper and we will have more charges" and then finished by screaming " you get a real lawyer next time". Truly surreal and Dante's inferno. Is there anyone out there who cares to help a new "felon"?

This judge is like judge Strickland.. They DO NOT want a court reporter nor will allow one.. Agrees with prosecutor even though case precedent says otherwise! Like Judge Strickland... the "Law" is strictly theirs.. Thank God for the Appellate Court!

This judge is incompetent. He sided with the dead beat dad because both the dead beat dad and his father were carpenters. I am owed $40,000 by the dead beat dad and the judge let him go, telling me that he promises to pay because he has his word. This man stopped paying child support in 2006 and stopped again as soon as his court dates were finished. THANKS JUDGE CHARLES JOHNSON. SHOULD HAVE ARRESTED HIM WHILE YOU HAD YOUR 1 CHANCE!
