Rating:1.0
Comments:
This is the most careless, obtuse, misogynistic and dangerous man to wear a robe I have ever witnessed.

Be careful.

Hire an attorney if you can afford one.
Take notes. Make sure transcripts are taken. If the court reporter can't be there, hire your own.

Be careful if you are a woman or a mother going before Judge Kinzer for a family law decision. He does not seem to have an understanding or a care about domestic violence and child abuse and neglect. He recommends his friends (whom are equally biased in favor of males) to skew evaluations in favor of abusing and neglectful fathers.
