Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: IL2098
Rating:3.4
Comments:
Lazy. Never reads anything, and never takes notes on anything. His rulings are almost always made on the day of the hearing and are based on how he feels that particular day. He will almost always rule in favor of the side represented by the attorney he likes more, and that is based on friendship and not legal arguments.

While his imminent retirement will be a blessing for the courts, it will be a burden for taxpayers who will be footing the bill for his pension when he certainly does not deserve one.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: IL561
Rating:6.1
Comments:
Shoots from the hip more than he makes reasoned decisions. Looses interest very quickly. Sees himself as the defender of the little guy.
