Found this judge to be pedestrian at best in his handling of criminal cases and would strongly encourage him to be set out to pasture with those of his kind

This is one scary judge. He screams and berates the attorneys, constantly interrupting and playing God, and then shows no respect for the litigants either. Sometimes he acts like he's still a prosecutor and not the judge. It's very uncomfortable in his courtroom. You don't come away with the sense that justice was served. Unpleasant experience all around.

He is acting very strange lately.

Civil Litigation - Private

Very good trial judge. Respectful to parties and attorneys. Keeps the case moving. I did not agree with all of his rulings on evidence and instructions, but I think he tried very hard to get it right. (I lost, on a somewhat novel issue of law that had to be addressed in the instructions. We're now on appeal.) Notwithstanding our result, I would welcome the chance to go to trial again in Judge Lynch's courtroom.
