UNFAIR TO LANDLORDS AND CONTRIBUTES TO FORECLOSURE RATES BY ALLOWING PROFESSIONAL "SYSTEM PLAYERS" TO ILLEGALLY OCCUPY INCOME PROPERTIES!!!

Don't expect a fair trial if you're a landlord and in front of Judge Willis. I spent hours in her courtroom as a landlord and in my observations, it would be fair to say she ruled against most landlords. The first trick out of her box is offering on the spot free legal counsel to all defendants, which not surprisingly, are usually tenants. The plaintiffs ( landlords) were never offered free legal help. Time and again, expensive and time consuming cases brought forth by landlords were dismissed or ruled against by Judge Willis. This occured after free legal counsel was initiated. Usually grounds for dismissal were based on petty formalities such as an error by the plaintiff in the filing of the paperwork. This... even after the defendant admitted to owing money and maintaining unauthorized occupancy. Judge Willis has contributed to the foreclosure rate by keeping non-paying residents in rentals thereby not allowing property owners to have a timely income on that property. Time and again landlords were told they would have to refile their paperwork to the court (usually at a cost of about $300.00)and wait an additional period of weeks. Why aren't the landlords offered free counsel if they have none??? Why are these professional "system players" awarded for bad behavior? GET REAL !!!!!!!!!!!!!
