Affirmative action had to be the reason this man was placed on the State of Illinois judicial bench. He is a source of shame to African-American culture. Justice Thurgood Marshall and the Reverend Doctor Martin Luther King, Jr. are turning in their graves about this judge. When judges are not properly elected by the people, this is what you get. Judge Burrell, keep up the bad work!

Rating:10.0
Comments:
Judge was very efficient and did not dilly-dally. Unlike other judges I have seen he did not hold it against you if you did not have attorney. He seemed fair and was especially patient with elderly woman in explaining procedure.

Judge did not hear my side of the story. He is capricious. Extremely rude and had bad temper. He intimidates people and gets angry over nothing.
