Judge Bender goes over and above to ensure he gets the information necessary for him to rule in his complicated family court cases. He tries to get enough information from both sides to enable him to make strong rulings. I am very impressed with his dedication.

Judge Bender is an even tempered well informed judge before whom it is a pleasure to practice. Judge Bender is courteous and deferential to attorneys and parties and frequently goes out of his way to accommodate requests for those who offer good reasons for continuances, etc.

Judge Bender does not appear to rule based on gender in the domestic relations division that is so often biased toward females.
