Comments:
Unquestionably one of the best judges in The Domestic Relations Division. He is patient, kind, very knowledgable about the law, and by far the most good natured judge. He didn't rule in mg favor, but I respected his decision because he did take the time to really hear the facts of the case and look at the evidence. He explained his decisions and how he came to them. None of the bias, attitude, trickery or ignorance that is ruing our legal system and the lives of of countless families. This guy is a straight shooter. If more judges were like Judge Kelley, the world would be a better place.
