He advocates for creditor plaintiffs, he twists and turns reasoning in favor of the deep pockets and rules without any court files before him. He avoids evidence by homeowner defendants and rules based on his own biased opinions. The Plaintiff attorney simply has to show up. Delort does all the arguing and gives the final order. Defendants in foreclosure do not stand a chance! He has made statements in open court that are simply treason against the law.I have watched him in court on many occasions help the banks steal property. Defendants evidence is ignored.
