The Hon. Susan L. Orth has a long-standing reputation for being sexist against men. She will often set high bail for relatively minor offenses, and has been known to sign failure to appear warrants when inmates are in federal custody. She often does not know the relevant law, and has the tendency to have an attitude problem in open court.
