He is biased and knows how he will rule before he enters the courtroom. He suppresses information through unfairly handling objections, and only hears the side of the story he agrees with.

This man is a woman-hating disgrace. He shamed women. He hates women and is open about it. He is obviously rude to mothers and excuses and defends the inexcusable and undefendable (abuse) on the part of fathers. This man should not be a magistrate. He openly attacks women in his courtroom and repeatedly makes decisions that benefit abusive husbands and fathers...decisions that hurt children. He is disgusting. He’s a bad bad bad human being and a vile judge. I can’t figure out how he is allowed to require women who are seeking to leave abusive marriages to take a class designed to shame them into staying in abusive situations, a class he created and makes money off of. He is absolutely a piece of shit.

It’s almost as if this guy has something against women. This guy took my child and placed her with her dad that she had only known about 6 months. The father of my child was locked up the first 10 yrs of her life yet this Judge gave this man full custody. Mind you the judge never listened to any of the facts that I stated. The father abandoned my child not long after gaining full custody and even worse things happened. This Todd guy should really be ashamed of himself.

Todd Ruetz shouldn't be on the bench in my opinion. He seems to care nothing about the well being of children. He judges situations based off what he believes. He's an older guy that seems to no understand that the world has changed drastically since his younger days. He abuses his power as a judge and I feel as though he should be removed from the bench.

Doesn’t care about children. Took the easy way out. Lazy, useless, and should be removed. Jumped to conclusions NOT supported by evidence. Had a chance to make a difference in a child’s life but didn’t have the integrity to act despite overwhelming evidence including a psych evaluation.

Todd is a disgrace to society doesn't care about human life he and his wife are two rude individuals and both of them DON'T deserve to be around any human he thinks because he's a judge he can say what he wants and a human is supposed to take it take him out of the courts amd as honorary he doesnt deserve that title him and his wife need to take the first flight outta here

He’s against mothers completely. He let my ex husband with a girlfriend who’s been in jail multiple times, has tried to kill herself in front of her kids, and assaulted the father of her children, have EOW. Ridiculous. The woman doesn’t even have custody of her kids, and may be losing custody all together. She may even get supervised visitation. But here I am, more worried about my kids.

Stormed into the courtroom with inaccurate assumptions, preconceptions and biases such that he could not listen to testimony impartially. Most unprofessional conduct I've ever seen from the bench in 20+ years. First and last time I will appear before this Judge.

Judge Ruetz needs to be removed from the bench!!! He lets his own personal biases rule his unethical decisions. He does not care or listen to evidence at all. He does not care at all what's in the best interest of the children.

Judge Todd Ruetz does not care about a child's safety or well being.. a judge that should never be sitting on the bench. Gave an abusive and drug using father rights, not to mention a guy who hadn't since his daughter in 8 months and agreed to having parenting rights. If another kid ends up hurt it's this mans fault, very against females and mothers. Doesn't listen to evidence or case and has his mind made up before walking in the court room. This courthouse should strongly reconsider letting him be a judge here.
