When John Hanley rules over divorce case's with children involved he tends to side on the womans/Mothers side. I dont believe he is actually fair when it comes to these cases. He sets child support to high which one can not manage. When the father tries to get his rights set by state parenting guidelines and the mother refuses Hanley dismisses the contempt charges on the mother. When asked to have child support lowered due to the amount in to large when having another child and wife, he denies it. I see him as more of the mother's side in these case's and is unfair to father's who are actually trying to support their children and see their children!
