I am extremely pleased that the courts upheld this magistrates firing. At least she will not be on the family law bench hurting anyone else's family with her discrimination against men the way she did to mine. Marc Rothenberg made a good call forcing her to resign or be fired. She belongs nowhere near a family law court ever

Please, removed Mattingly from her chair.
She can’t continue humiliating people in court and making victims like me to be left homeless. My ex promised me before I filed for divorce that I was going to be punished and thanks to this judge, she helped him accomplished that!

This Magistrate should not be on the bench and should NEVER be near a family law case. Thanks to her rulings my daughter was told by her mother that I was dead until she found out at age 16 that I was alive. Her rulings allowed my daughter to be abused mentally, physically, and to be to a point where she left the state to get away from the abuser.

She's a legend in her own mind , a despot of the criminal justice system .
She accused me of lying and that I lost all credibility in her court , she thinks of herself as a deity .
I don't have to lie to impress her , she's not important to me , I told the truth and its a liar that sits from atop that doesn't know the truth .
She has mental issues , she's above it all , she's perfect in every way , I loved challenging her , she would always mute my ability to speak !

She is biased against men. After reading other comments it is apparent I am not the only one who knows this. She made awful comments and accused me of not caring about my son because I couldn’t afford a lawyer. She should be removed immediately and everyone who had a case in her court should get another trial.

Does not have the child's best interest in her rulings. very unfair and cruel to the child involved. I thought she was to be unbiased as a judge, but that is truly wrong. Does not listen to both sides and does not care about the child in the middle of this dispute.

although a arribatrator was hired and used to fairly settle a divorce this judge decided that the wife did not have adhere to the settlement in any instance and even allowed her to move out if state ignoring the established contract and Indiana laws she needs to be removed.

This individual should NEVER have the word Honorable in front of her name . The very fact that she is a Magistrate is abhorrent to any thinking person. She is heavily biased towards women. In her eyes the man is ALWAYS wrong. She has alienated or conspired in the Alienation of more fathers than can be counted .

From what I had to deal with with this judge. I will say this judge need to be removed from the beach immediately. I would also say that Judge James Jovan should be removed immediately. This is my opinion of them and, this is my experience with them

I’m a Service Member (NAVY) and relocated due to my service.

I filed for full custody in May 2017. Was denied.

Judge Mattingly made a discriminatory comment: “I can’t imagine any father who would choose to move away from their child“.

I feel I was treated unfairly based upon me being a man and me being in the military.

This isn’t the first time Judge Kimberly Mattingly has made inappropriate and discriminatory comments to Fathers in custody hearings she precides over.

This is a horrible judge. I do not recommend that anyone works with her on any level. Always ask for another judge. She sided with me on many issues, but I have no confidence in her as a judge.
