just Shrugged her shoulders when I told him that my daughter was raped by four boys while in my ex-husband's care and he gave primary away from me that Iin almost three years because of thisjudge put in the order that if the two children didn't want to see me then they didn't have to and I have not seen my children in almost three years because of this judge. I have not seen my twins in 373 days because the judge doesn't care that my ex-husband course them onto a plane to run away to Iowa so that he could Forum shop for the same judge that will hand down the same sentence. my ex told judge hold that I did not have my kids registered for school in Texas which was a lie and then I had three CPS reports from three different states which was a lie and the judge took primary way from me again and gave to him and saw my children once a year if that!! judge allows evidence to be presented in a non evidentiary hearing and does not allow the plaintiffs to be in the courtroom when this is being done
