This judge is unfair and biased. He continuously denied a defendant to defend himself, which was his god-given right, guilty or not! He also left a high profile case due to a "so called knee/leg injury" which then another judge, who was similar to him or even more unfair and biased, received the case. These kind of judges are plentiful in the Iowa court system and if you are you are black and poor and you receive Judge Patrick Grady to preside over your trial, God help you!
