We had less then a 2 day divorce trial and it took him 358 day to present a ruling. It was obvious that he or his underlings didn't read any of the depositions, etc., my attorney had for prepared. My now ex-husband was on his second attorney and we were in the 4th year of litigation! I was given the children earlier and this judge gave us nothing to live on. The Temporary support we were given was perfect, but all-of-a sudden my medical doctor husband (a specialist) plead poverty and claimed he
wouldn't make as much next year. This is the ONLY judge after all of rulings we have had to rule this way. I wish they would stick with one judge who gets to know your case, as the judge who granted the temporary support. Judge Russell didn't even get peoples names correct, or events right in the final decree. Thank you for listening
