We had a less than 2-day divorce trial and it took him 358 days to present a ruling. It was obvious that he or his underlings had not read any of the depositions that my attorney had prepared. My now ex-husband was on his second attorney and we were in the 4th year of litigation! I was given the children earlier and this judge gave us nothing to live on. The temporary support that we were given was perfect, but all of a sudden my doctor ex-husband plead poverty and claimed that he wouldn't make as much next year. This is the only judge after all of the rulings we have had to rule this way. I wish they would stick with one judge who gets to know your case.
